These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and the use of the digital service Veault, offered via www.veault.com. By making a purchase or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Product and Use
After purchase, you'll gain access to your personal Veault: a digital safe where you can record confidential information, documents, passwords, messages, and memories.
You have access for an indefinite period, under the conditions described below.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Without your password, we or others cannot grant access to your safe.
No Legal Advice
Veault helps you organize your digital legacy, but it's not a legal or notarial product. Always consult a professional for wills or other legal matters.
One-Time Payment
You pay once for access to the service.
No subscription, no hidden fees.
Payment is processed via our external provider Stripe.
The stated price includes VAT unless otherwise specified.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Not satisfied?
You have the right to a full refund within 14 days of purchase — hassle-free, no explanation needed.
Email a request to contact@veault.com, and we'll refund your purchase, provided the full questionnaire hasn't been completed and the safe hasn't been set up.
Already set up your safe? Then we consider the service delivered, and the right to cancel lapses.
Lifetime Storage and the Future Fund
By “lifetime storage,” we mean long-term, secure hosting of your encrypted safe — even if you're no longer actively using it.
A portion of your purchase goes to our Future Fund: a fund designed to cover the operational costs of storage well into the future.
Although we do everything to keep your safe available as long as possible, we can't give an absolute eternal guarantee due to technical or organizational reasons. Should the service ever cease, you'll have the chance to download your safe as a self-preserving file beforehand.
Liability
Veault is designed with the utmost care and security, but we cannot be held responsible for:
– loss of access due to forgotten password
– errors or omissions in your own input
– interpretation of your data by others
– disruptions beyond our control
Our total liability is in all cases limited to the purchase amount.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your data is encrypted on your own device. Technically, we have no access to your safe or content.
We collect only minimal information for support, payment, and optional tracking. See our privacy statement for details.
Termination or Modification of the Service
We reserve the right to improve, adapt, or, in extreme cases, discontinue the service. In such an event, we will inform you in advance and provide the opportunity to download your safe.
Intellectual Property
All technology, designs, and content of Veault remain the property of the provider. As a customer, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use after purchase.
Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by Norwegian law.
Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Norway.
